Our company was registered on the 8 th October 1985. To date, there are, approximately 40 employees actively participating in various activities under UNIVERSAL LAB & CHEMICAL SUPPLIES (PG) SDN BHD.
We are the giant in supplying laboratory glassware & equipments and we have various clients of different industries in commercial, industrial and public sector. With the facility, encouragement and co-operation provided by all parties, UNIVERSAL LAB & CHEMICAL SUPPLIES (PG) SDN BHD has achieved professionalism in providing EXCELLENT SERVICES to facilitate the best possible services.
As the Chemical Trading industry is a very delicate business, as a major Malaysia chemical industry supplier, we take great effort in recruiting qualitative staff. UNIVERSAL LAB & CHEMICAL SUPPLIES (PG) SDN BHD always ensures that resources are available for the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the quality management system to produce quality chemical safety product in enhancing customer satisfaction. We understand that the personnel performing work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience. Thus, we:
• Determine the competency required through recruitment of suitably qualified workforce • Appraise current employees for work competency and development required.
• Take action such as training to satisfy the competency requirement and upgrading skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken.

UNIVERSAL LAB & CHEMICAL SUPPLIES (PG) SDN BHD has awarded the prestige BS EN ISO 9001 : 1994 in the year 2000. Since then, the Company has upgraded its quality management system and has been certified ISO 9001 : 2000 in May 2003.
